Homes by Keystone, Inc. is one of the oldest modular home manufacturers on the east coast, with 50 years of continuous home building experience. Keystone’s manufacturing facility was founded in 1966 by Guy Miller, Sr. and his son, Greg Miller, in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Today, Guy Miller, Jr. and his family continue to operate this highly successful enterprise.
The Miller family continues its “hands-on” ownership tradition, working every day to assure that the craftsmanship Keystone is known for is constantly improved. Keystone’s “Total Quality Management” (TQM) program focuses on investing in continuous improvements in building materials and construction technology to assure every Keystone home owner “a lifetime of built-in value.” To date, more than 9000 home owners – a small city of men, women and children – enjoy the quality and livability designed into every Keystone home.
