Thank you for our wonderful house. We truly appreciate the skill and craftsmanship of your builders and the accommodations Jason provided for us. The people who worked on site, especially Brad and Roger, took great pride in their work and were so patient and kind.  Cap was a delight to work with and we felt completely at ease with his guidance given his wisdom and wit.  Our county is not the easiest to please, yet everyone was committed to making this dream of ours a reality, and no one cut any corners despite the long drive and challenging location. Thank you for involving us in the whole process, listening to our concerns, and maintaining good communication.  We look forward to many years in our new home.

After we found our property we began to put on paper what we wanted our house to consist of. We went to a builder and two other modular companies. We were told that what we wanted could not be done. The other modular companies only gave us copies of their floor plans…Then we went to Keystone. That was the day that our luck changed.. I grew up in a family of builders, so I knew the problems attached with building a new home. Because of this I was totally opposed to this idea. After we found our property we began to put on paper what we wanted our house to consist of. We went to a builder and two other modular companies. We were told that what we wanted could not be done. The other modular companies only gave us copies of their floor plans. They contained the same rooms that we wanted but not in the same layout. Then we went to Keystone. That was the day that our luck changed. Sue Robson had the patience of a saint. She worked with us to put what we wanted into a workable plan. No matter how many changes we made, there was not a problem with it. She made suggestions to us for things that we would not have thought about until we were in the house and it was too late. Her knowledge and professional viewpoint were priceless. Even though it took us 2 years to get to the point that we were ready to begin building, never was there anything but pleasant contact with Keystone people. Once the building began, again, everyone in the plant was wonderful. Larry Shew would stop whatever he was doing to show us how our home had progressed. The workmen very pleasantly answered any dumb questions that we had. The day that our house was set on the foundation was one of the high points in this procedure. Again the guys at Keystone were great to us. Jason kept us informed with things as they went along and as soon as possibly safe let us enter our home. What a red letter day for us. Since that day we have made many trips to see the progress in the house. Each trip that workmen were there, they were so friendly and helpful in explaining things to us and answering questions. It never seemed that we were in their way. (Even though I know we must have been) Soon we will be able to move into our Keystone home. From the day that we walked into the sales office until now, there has not been a single moment that was unpleasant. If ever we would ever want to build another home, it would also be a Home By Keystone. So we must say thank you Keystone, to everyone from Ann at the reception desk, Sue, our salesperson, Larry and all of his wonderful workers. You all feel like friends now.

Dear Keystone, I wanted to take the time to share this letter of testimony in hopes that all potential Keystone Home buyers will truly take it to heart. My husband and I bought and sold three (3) Keystone Homes. We are convinced that these homes are quality homes. About three (3) years ago we experienced a tragedy that confirmed our belief in these homes. The contractor we hired to do the foundation, well and septic and excavation was less than adequate. The water problems were constant with no resolution from our contractor. This problem became a disaster when I came home from work one evening and found that our entire back wall of a 52’ foundation collapsed! We hired a structural engineer out of Frederick Maryland to examine the damage and confirmed that our contractor erected a faulty foundation with no drainage. The most significant part of their report was had it not been for that fact that this was a Keystone Home the back of our house would have fallen in! So… to all those potential Keystone homebuyers, PERFECTION is worth the wait and more importantly so is the safety and security of your family!!!!! I thank GOD every day for giving us the wisdom to choose this home and for keeping us safe.

First of all I wanted to say we were very pleased with our home. My husband did his homework on a lot of different homes and of course Keystone Homes came out to be number 1 with us. And if anyone is interested in a modular home we recommend Keystone…We were very pleased with the inside & outside of our home. And to any other customer being concerned about something that is not to your liking or if there is any miscommunication the guys are more than glad to come back and fix it or make it right even with a smile. Thank you everyone for helping our dream come true.

We would just like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are that we chose a Keystone home. You can be sure that when we are asked about our home we only have good things to say and we highly recommend Keystone homes. In fact, last weekend a young couple put a deposit on a two-story Keystone Homes after consulting with Ken and I about our experience with having our home built…We don’t know the names of all who were instrumental in the building of our home but we are thankful to all of them for producing a beautiful home for us.

From all aspects of planning, construction, and finishing my new home, your company and its employees provided outstanding service and quality and I am very grateful that I chose to purchase a Keystone Home.

Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Keiter

I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with our Keystone experience.Having a house built when you live 1,000 miles away can be a scary and difficult experience. We talked to a lot of local builders and were not comfortable with any of them. We were ready to give up when we made a trip to your display of homes. We also toured the factory. However, the real deciding factor was when we were introduced to your local representative, Mr. John Bohr. John invited us to his Keystone home. He found us a local clearing company, foundation company, someone to do the basement floor, a plumber, and an electrician. All of his recommendations turned out to be first class choices. He helped us get all of our permits and inspections. Most of this was accomplished on the phone! I felt like I had a twenty four hours a day help line.We were also greatly helped by our sales person, Sue Robson. Sue has the patience of a saint and was always willing to help us and advise us.On the first week of January, the house arrived in a blizzard with temperatures of 16 degrees and 25 MPH winds. Somehow, the crew was able to set the house. They all went beyond the call of duty to get the job done.Your finish crew came in to complete the work. I used to be in the building business and I know construction. I have never seen a house so well engineered and constructed. There must be a third more lumber in a Keystone home than a conventional stick built house. The drywall and finish carpentry exceeded that of houses that cost 3 times as much. I found your crew to be real craftsmen. Usually there are items that need to be fixed or adjusted on a new home after the owners inspect it. To date, we have not found anything that needs to be corrected. Thank your for the high caliber of your homes and your employees.
